I recently went through all my pictures and found a whole lot I have forgotten. I made this card 2010. A friend ask me to do a birtday card for her sister who turned 50. It´s also interesting to see how I have evolved with my cardmaking. Except for the coloured figure everything is rather flat, smack down without any dimension really. The tree, frame and the 3D.flower was made with my (now retired) Cameo 1. Today I prefer old fashioned die-cutting.

I masked the Queen on the horse, used watercolour, fuzzy cut it (I could have done a better job honestly, I see that now) and mounted on foam.

Beacuse there where many involved I decided to make the inside interactive with two waterfall with all the names. Unexpected right?

Conclusion: there is always room for a reminder that you can improve. 🙂
